We offer four membership tiers:
  • 1-Year Membership
  • 3-Year Membership
  • Life Membership (Under 60 years)
  • Life Membership (60 years & Over)
đź’ł Flexible Payment Plans All membership options may be paid in equal installments over a four-year period through PayPal if approved.

    • A Welcome Letter from the Douglas National Secretary
  • Life Members (upon completion of full payment) will receive:
    • A Life Membership Certificate signed by the National President and Secretary
    • A Life Membership Card
    • A Welcome Letter
✍️ Name Submission Policy Please enter the member’s name exactly as you wish it to appear on the Membership Card. No changes can be made after purchase. To use a different name, a separate membership must be purchased.
