CDSNA Membership Dues 
We have options for membership of 1 Year, 3 Years, Life (Under 60 yrs), Life (60 & Over), which can be paid in equal payments over 4 years. Members (one year to three years) will receive a membership card and welcome letter from the Douglas National Secretary. Life Members who have made full payment will receive a Life Membership Certificate signed by the National President and Secretary, Life Membership Card, and  a welcome letter.

  • RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    There are no refunds on membership dues.
